Project Management

In a comprehensively managed turnkey project, project management is key to a smooth network implementation process, typically comprising a project kick-off meeting, site prepration, network hardware and software installation and integration, and, testing and commissioning. The Project manager works closely with customers on each project phase, attaining efficient service delivery through supervising network installation and integration, and coordinating project schedules and activities with the customer's staff and other subcontractors. Customer communication is essential and the Project Manager will ensure regular project status meetings are held.
